Tour Coordination: Our nurses will arrange and confirm tours, ensuring your visits are seamless and productive. Advocacy and Support: Throughout this process, our nurses will prioritize your needs and can connect you with additional services, including mobile CPR training if required. Follow up: After you move in, our nurses will remain available to support your smooth transition and continued satisfaction, including scheduling wellness visits as needed.
